About this spot
From the hillside on the east side of Grenadier Pond in High Park, you look west over the water as the sun sets behind the trees on the far bank, with the colours reflecting in the pond. The nearest car parks are the Grenadier Café lot and parking along Colborne Lodge Drive, but both are weekday-only, and car access into the park is limited on summer weekends. High Park subway station is a walk away.
