About this spot
The white arch footbridge over the mouth of the Humber River is a favourite evening photo spot. In winter the sun sets over the lake beyond the bridge; in summer it goes down further right, over the Humber Bay Shores towers. Stand on the shore beside it to get the arch in silhouette. The bridge is on the Martin Goodman Trail, popular with cyclists and runners. The nearest parking is at Humber Bay Park East, a short walk away, and lots fill up on summer weekends.
