Beautiful views of the entire Ocean Beach from above. If you’re coming from the beach side, take the stairs next to the Balboa Natural Area. There’s a lovely spot to pause at the top of the stairs, perfect for taking it all in. If you continue a bit further up, you’ll reach the paved path where the whole beach opens up beneath you, stretching endlessly along the coast.
