About this spot
A ramshackle bar of driftwood and palm thatch built on stilts on a sandbar out at sea, with water all around and the sun setting over the Caribbean. You reach it only by boat. The shortest ride is from Parottee, about 20 minutes, and boats also go from Treasure Beach, where Jakes arranges sunset trips that leave mid-afternoon and return around dusk. Agree the boat price before you set off, and bring cash for drinks.
