About this spot
On the 26th and 27th floors of the Riu Plaza España tower, this rooftop has a 360-degree view over the Royal Palace, Casa de Campo and Gran Vía. A glass-floored walkway links the two levels and is the most popular place to stand as the sun goes down. Entry costs around 10 euros in the evening and at weekends, less on weekday mornings, with a pricier pass to skip the queue. The walkway gets crowded at sunset and the wind is strong up there, so go early and bring a jacket. Plaza de España metro station is right below.
