About this spot
A wooded park in north Seattle whose beach faces west over Puget Sound to the Olympic Mountains, where the sun goes down over the water. The beach is reached from the lower parking lot by a footbridge over the railway tracks and a set of stairs. The lot is free and fills on fine evenings. The park closes at 10 p.m.
