About this spot
A forested park on a point in West Seattle, with a long beach path along Puget Sound. The sun sets over the water toward the islands of the Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Trails lead down through the woods from the bluff to the shoreline, where Colman Pool, an outdoor saltwater pool, sits by the water. The parking lots off Fauntleroy Way fill quickly on sunny days.
