Swami's Seaside Park

A small blufftop park above Swami's, one of Southern California's best-known surf breaks, beside the gold lotus towers of the Self-Realization Fellowship. The sun sets over the ocean in front of the bluff, often with surfers still out on the point. A long wooden staircase leads down to the beach, and the climb back up is tiring. Restrooms are at the top and showers at the bottom. The free lot is small and fills on weekends; overflow parking is along Highway 101.
