Ponto Final is a riverside restaurant on the Cacilhas waterfront in Almada, with outdoor tables facing Lisbon across the river. The view runs from the 25 de Abril Bridge and Cristo Rei across the whole city skyline, and the sky turns pink over the river at sunset. Dinner starts at 19:00 and it is closed on Tuesdays, so from about November to mid-March the sun sets before the evening service. The rest of the year, sunset tables are hard to get, so book well in advance by phone. Bring a layer for the river breeze. Take the ferry from Cais do Sodré to Cacilhas, about 10 minutes, then walk around 15 minutes west along the river.
