Miradouro da Graça, officially Miradouro Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen, looks across the Baixa rooftops with the castle on the left and the Tagus beyond. The sun goes down over the city skyline opposite. A kiosk café serves drinks under the pine trees, and a bust of the poet the terrace is named after watches the view. It is a favourite with locals as well as visitors. Take tram 28 to Graça; the terrace is around the corner behind the convent. You can also walk up from Alfama and the castle by following the tram tracks.
