Greiffenegg-Schlössle Sunset

You can either hike up or take the elevator to Greiffenegg. There are several short walking trails around the area with beautiful viewpoints overlooking Freiburg. After taking in the views, you can enjoy a meal or grab a drink at Greiffenegg-Schlössle. The restaurant also has a terrace with panoramic views over the city. They also host a Sunset Lounge with music, drinks, and food on select evenings, making it look like a great spot to watch the sunset over the city. Unfortunately, I had to leave before sunset, so this photo wasn’t taken during golden hour—but it definitely looks like an amazing sunset spot. 🌅
