Vouliagmeni Beach is a great spot to enjoy golden hour, even though you don't get to see the sun setting into the sea. The warm evening light over the water makes it especially beautiful during a surf session. In winter, the beach gets decent waves and becomes a popular gathering spot for Athens' surfing community.
