Ina Coolbrith Park is not a sunset-viewing spot, but it’s a really nice place for golden hour. You can watch the city turn golden, with views of the skyscrapers and the Bay Bridge. If you go to the top of the park, you can also see the sea and Alcatraz Island. It’s also a nice spot at night with all the city lights.
