Join a free evening of movement, wellness, and community by the sea at Batis Beach in Palaio Faliro. The event includes: * 🧘‍♀️ A 45-minute beachfront Pilates session led by a professional instructor, plus easy exercises you can continue during your summer holidays. * ☀️ Complimentary natural sunscreen by Maybee Skincare for anyone who would like to try it before the class. * 🥗 A relaxed community meetup with healthy snacks, refreshing mocktails, and summer food safety tips from Grecian Taste and Sanitas Greece. * ♻️ A beach clean-up initiative to help keep Batis Beach clean using recycling and cleanup bags provided by Sanitas. * 💙 Support for a meaningful cause, with representatives from the Saint Alexander Girls’ Shelter sharing information about their work supporting girls who have experienced abuse. Donations are welcome but not required. After all the activities, stay and enjoy a beautiful sunset over the beach while meeting new people and soaking in the summer atmosphere. 🌅 This event is free and open to all ages.
